Job description for Senior Marketing Executive at DMK
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to revolutionise the fashion footwear industry with us and expand the DMK brand to the global community! As part of our rebranding efforts, you will play a key role in shaping and growing the DMK brand. You will be given the opportunities to lead, create and execute the marketing, PR, stakeholders’ engagement and brand strategies aligned with DMK’s branding in a customer-centric way. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, you will also collaborate with multifunctional teams to develop integrated marketing plans, and build activation plans across different markets for consistent brand execution.
- Lead DMK’s strategic brand evolution efforts across all digital and non-digital platforms (social media, in-store, events etcetera)
- Drive creative direction together with the Creative Development Team to develop creative assets aligned with the brand strategy
- Plan, formulate and execute DMK’s overall marketing strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, retention and engagement
- Identify and segmentize target customers and implement DMK’s mission through strategic processes
- Oversee all DMK’s social media accounts for brand consistency
- Build and optimize plans to improve both online and offline traffic and CRM using marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant digital and non-digital platforms
- Standardize and organize retail marketing through building, managing and implementing retail marketing programs
- Brainstorm and execute creative and novel event activation strategies to improve on community engagement and touchpoints
- Conduct industry research together with the team, create insights on leading companies, and in-depth analysis on key issues, trends, technologies, and policies
- Commission, understand and leverage on new shopper research and data/insights resources to invent new solutions and to optimize existing ones, while translating insights into integrated programs
- Set clear objectives while leading and guiding the Marketing team and other creative internal stakeholders to achieve goals
- Develop and monitor the cost-effective marketing budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and strategize the allocation of funds to the best performing channels
- Use data and analytical tools to constantly evaluate and improve the performance of marketing campaigns
- Increase customer base and improve customer lifetime value via creating and executing effective CRM strategies
- Plan and develop strong partnerships with external stakeholders that are favourable for DMK's marketing objectives such as media relations, influencers/KOLs relations and event management (online and offline)
- Create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and constantly improve on them with regular testing
