Job Description:
Compensation & Benefits
- Monitor and checking employees’ attendance
- Payroll processing (full spectrum)
- Process government paid maternity, childcare leave, CPF, levy, IRAS etc.
- Generate reports on HR headcounts, payroll, etc.
Employee Benefits & Administration
- Administer staff benefits (leave records, insurance policies, medical claim, etc.)
HR Administration
- Coordinate with internal and operation team on resignation, confirmation, and payroll related administrative
- Maintain and update staff personal file (online and offline)
- Organize, maintain and update employee information as needed and to ensure the accuracy of data
- Perform other HR duties as and when required by HR Manager
Job Requirement:
- Minimum diploma or degree in HRM
- Proven HR work experience with payroll focused
- Good computing skills including proficiency in MS Office and Info-Tech
- Ability to multitask, organized and meticulous
