Job description for Senior General Accountant at Công ty TNHH Capichi Việt Nam
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Record general entries, amortized, depreciation, and carryover entries;
- Prepare financial statements and internal reports according to the laws and company's regulations;
- Make periodic and annual tax declaration and finalization reports, work with the Tax Authority;
- Working with the teams to finalize revenue accounts and merchant accounts receivable;
- Check and supervise to ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of accounting operations;
- Develop the accounting processes, forms, and documents in accordance with the provisions of law and the company;
- Advise the Board of Directors, and management teams on Accounting matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated with Finance, Accounting major or equivalent;
- Be able to communicate and report in English
- At least 3 years of experience in general accounting
- Master the provisions of accounting law, tax law ...;
- Experienced in working with Auditors, Tax authorities;
- Careful, meticulous, responsible;
- Experience in FDI companies and/or IT companies and/or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Having experience as a chief accountant or having a career plan to become an accounting lead/ chief accountant in the near future is a big plus
- Experience in accounting consulting firms is a plus
