We are looking for a Senior Digital Performance Executive
We are Beepbeep! HQ in Singapore. We have just entered Vietnam as the pioneer in the quick commerce on demand grocery and dark store model. This model is growing rapidly in the Europe and we expect to expand faster in Asia in the near future.
The Growth Marketing Team at Beepbeep! manages digital and offline marketing channels to acquire new customers and drive profitable growth for the business. We are an enthusiastic group of hard-working individuals who constantly reinvent our approach, developing and testing hypotheses rooted in data and customer insights and scaling marketing efforts in a measured, cost-effective manner.
We seek a Senior Digital Performance Executive to lead and scale up our online performance efforts. In this role, you will own the strategy for digital acquisition channels and leverage analytics to inform your execution plans. This position is a hands-on role!
Responsibilities
- Leverage key industry trends and customer data to identify, test, and scale new digital acquisition channels.
- Drive the thinking on performance-driven creative development through ads, in-app experiences, and new user flows.
- Plan and executive digital marketing activities to increase installation and traffic that optimize spending and business performance: Develop the monthly, quarterly media plan and budget allocation. Control daily planning budget and optimization.
- Identify trends and insights, and then optimize spending and performance based on the findings.
- Create and maintain our measurement frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and compare results to goals
- Work with content team and designers to develop new content initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 03 years of related work experience highly preferred, preferably with experience in a technology company. Understand about grocery and cooking is a plus.
- Have experience in performance campaigns on a level of 20,000 installs monthly.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, with expertise in at least 3 of Display, Affiliate, Facebook, Search, Tiktok, YouTube.
- Experience setting growth goals, managing a budget, building forecasts, and delivering against monthly CPI, CPA, CAC, LTV, conversion targets.
- Accurate with an attention to detail to ensure high quality and consistency of work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
