Job description for Senior Business Partnership Manager at PT NUSA INTI SATU ARTHA (DOKU)
Job Description:
- Generate, maintain and increase business opportunities with new and existing channels and its enhancement- related to TPV & TPT achievement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Analyze business proposals, cxecute and structure deals to create mutually beneficial partnerships(e.g. pricing scheme, product detail, technical requirement and legal documents)
- Assist the integration process for partners on-boarding so that the production process
- Assist partner in any issues/requests; Understand the problems and challenges of merchants and identify ways the business could better address those heads
- Handle administrative works related to partners' data, e.g. craft new partner's proposals and contract renewals
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or Accounting
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Familiar with B2B Sales and Market Analysis
- Have min. 5 years of working experiences in digital marketing, an e-commerce company, or financial technology
- Have a strong network into major banks and non-financial institution partners in Indonesia to get us early access to payments products within 3 months
- Have understanding on how core banking systems are run
- Perfect understanding of latest digital trend and ability to understand customer behavior and expectations
- Motivated self-starter, agile, and able to work quickly in a constantly evolving competitive landscape
- Good communication, negotiation, persuasive, and presentation skills
- Exceptional communicator and work well with cross-functional teams
