• Menciptakan/meningkatkan brand awareness kepada merchant dan seller yang dikunjungi
• Melakukan akuisisi terhadap merchant dan seller yang berada di wilayah penempatan kerja
• Melakukan kunjungan rutin atau maintenance secara berkala kepada merchant dan seller untuk meningkatkan revenue jasa ekspedisi
• Menjalin hubungan komunikasi melalui telepon, whatsapp, e-mail sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur perusahaan (partnership)
