• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matter
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Good knowledge about B2B business model, sales methodology and market intelligence
• Good in English, oral and written
• Strong in communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short- and long-term deadlines
• Have a good networking in respective segments or channels
• Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
• Demonstrate ability to build working relationships with wide range of staff in various function
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of B2B Telco or ICT sales experience
