To be part of our Affinity Channel’s leadership team, you should possess:
-Strong passion in leading, coaching and nurturing a sales team.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
-A recognized degree in a relevant field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry with a good track record in sales of wealth management products.
-Good understanding of the financial industry regulations & compliance requirements.
-Relevant insurance certification and accreditation (M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI).
