The company is engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of paints, coatings and related products to professionals, commercial, retail, and industrial customers.
NUSA SARANA INDONESIA is distributor of paint and protective coatings with 14 representative offices in Indonesia, looking for the high caliber candidate to fulfil this position:
Sales Supervisor (Based on Alam Sutra - Tangerang)
Role and responsibilities :
* Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
*Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
*Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
*Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
*Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
* Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
* Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Requirements:
* Bachelors/master’s degree in marketing or related field
* Proven 5 years of working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good / Building Material / Retail
* Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding writing, communication skills, fast learning, good attitude
* Able to adapt quickly to new opportunities and technologies
* Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
