We are looking for a sales recruiter to help us grow our team in Malaysia. Staffing is one of the key challenges faced daily by global businesses. We need your help to ensure that inline recruits only the best talent, and recruits this talent quickly. To succeed in this position, you will have a strong sales background and have a keen eye for the traits that make for a successful business development partner. You will also understand SAAS business practice, and be able to test this understanding in others. It's OK if you have an HR background, but to be clear, first and foremost you should be a salesperson.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Duties:
- Take responsibility for recruitment in inline's Malaysia office
- Cultivate recruiting pipelines that offer the strongest possible talent in a highly competitive job market.
- Screen all candidates and ensure that they meet the highest professional standards
- Consult with managers across the company to ensure hiring expectations with recruiting reality
- Play a key role in one of today's most critical and challenging KPI: talent acquisition and retention.
- Ensure full compliance with national and local regulations for recruitment practices
Qualifications
Background requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a sales professional in either F&B or SAAS. (Mandatory)
- Bachelors degree
- Highly numerate and capable of independently identifying key metrics and generating statistical forecasts & reports
General requirements:
- A burning desire to build a great company from the bottom up, and leave your mark therein.
- Experience working in a small team and taking ideas from conception to completion.
- A personal fixation on using the best tool for the job, rather than any old tool that might happen to be lying around.
- Iterating towards greatness is something you enjoy.
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese
Location & Interview process
- Most candidates will go through a screening interview plus one or two rounds of technical interviews.
- Expect a challenge which you'll need to complete independently.
- This full-time position is available in Malaysia
- You must have the right to work in Malaysia without the need of additional visa support.
