- Bachelor Degree from any major
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales or business development; logistics & supply chain experience highly valued
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate strong initiative to take action as a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communications, customer service, and negotiation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interested and passionate to learn about the evolving e-commerce industry
- Driver Licence: SIM A
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
Job Description :
- Maintain records of customer activity and follow up in customer complains and do price evaluation
- Execute sales tactics to grow existing project or customer
- Maintain end to end process related to client management
- Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
- Liaise with purchasing team to ensure that all deliveries are successfully done
- Conduct market research to identify the market opportunities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities from canvassing and personal networking
- Analyze sales and current trends to generate insights and improve forecast accuracy, particularly for product demands.
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers).
