Job description for Sales Manager at Famous Allstars
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Build and manage business partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure the business growth in Indonesia
• Lead the sales team mentor, train, team building, exchange ideas on strategies to target new market
• Understanding the market trends, consumer behavior, to be aligned with the market strategy.
• Identifying new business opportunities through acquisition of new clients.
REQUIREMENT:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Senior Sales Executive/Sales Manager experience in the AGENCY/MEDIA/TALENT MANAGEMENT industry
• Experience in leading and managing sales team
• Current knowledge of local market and regulatory conditions in the AGENCY/MEDIA/TALENT MANAGEMENT industry
• Ability to influence and negotiate; priorities, meet deadlines; multitask
• Business development, business analyst and project management experience
• Experience managing customer relationships at a strategic level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
