- The excellent selling process in the project/tendering phase.
- Able to build/maintain a good relationship with clients, typically in the project/tendering process.
- Knowing the phase of the tender/project process (both ONLINE & OFFLINE).
- Strong in FOLLOW-UP activity.
- Able to operate MS. Office (especially MS.EXCELL, ADOBE & OUTLOOK).
- Able to drive a Car (automatic/manual).
- Willing to do business trips out of Jakarta (if needed).
- Good Communication & coordination skills.
- Public speaking skills.
- Probing skills.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Excellent Selling skills, (industrial business & power energy companies, it's preferable).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Detail.
- Well-dressed person / presentable.
