Job description for Sales Director at AYP Group Pte Ltd
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the growth of AYP Group's revenue across APAC region, leading sales professionals in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment, as well as cross-selling company's products.
This is an ideal position for a leader who is a self-starter and a proven builder of high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle experience - prospect and identify opportunities and/or business leads, propose solutions (drafting proposals), negotiate and close deals
- Prospect and identify opportunities to develop market share
- Develop effective sales strategies based on market analysis
- Lead client’s presentations both virtually and face to face
- Recruit and build a strong team of successful sales BDM, Inside sales, Partnership sales
- Lead and coach team in order to achieve common goals
- Provide and take ownership of accurate business forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually
- Coordinate with the internal teams to optimize opportunity and grow the business
- naturally build strong relationships with teammates, partners and clients
- Develop complete sales strategy for client portfolio
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Min 5+ years sales experience in the SaaS tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related fields
- Experienced in building and managing client accounts
- Team player, independent and hungry to succeed as a leader
- Willing and able to travel throughout APAC for work commitments
- Proven track record of winning and upselling business with a consultative selling approach to C-level decision makers
