About This Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Demand Generation team, to grow our business in APAC and aid our expansion to international markets.
You will conduct market research to find our potential hiring partner overseas. We are offering our Talenthub recruitment service for them - a talent discovery and management platform. Using your ability to conduct a deep research you will be able to forecast what is the right company to target, craft a personalised message to them and set up a meeting with our Business Development Team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects: Find the right person in contact to sell our products
- Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked
- Setting up meeting between our potential hiring partners and our Business Development team
Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who is good and confident with their communication skills.
- Someone who is fluent in English -- Chinese and Cantonese is a plus.
- Someone who has good persuasion and negotiation skills: Proven experience applying these skills in previous working or internship or organizational or projects.
- Someone who is target driven.
- Someone who has around 6 months of working experiences; but fresh graduates with some internships experience(s) are encouraged to apply.
