The primary duties of the Sales Development Rep is to generate new business leads as well as to sign up new JobsOnDemand (“JOD”) clients.
Your main responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation
· Outbound prospecting via cold calling, emails and social media
· Qualification of inbound leads
· To be able to pitch the key selling points of JOD to the prospects
2. Signing Up of New Clients
· To follow up with leads that have been assigned to you by the Country Manager and to bring the leads to closure
· Generation of quotations for the purchase of JOD credits and following up with the prospects for signed quotations
· To get prospects to register for their JOD accounts and provide their company details
3. Updating of CRM System
· Capturing of prospects’ information and activities
· Updates on the progress of leads and sales pipeline
