Sales and Marketing Executive
About the role
As a Sales & Marketing executive, you will be responsible for building Pufferfish Partners presence through the implementation of awareness generation campaigns. This is an opportunity for a committed and a purpose-driven young entrepreneur at heart, who shows great autonomy and dare to test. As the driving force of our group, you will be working closely and reporting with the founder and other key stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
- Perform market analysis on the total market and addressable market
- Develop a Go To Market Strategy: Customer segmentation, Value proposition, customer channels, agency/distribution partnerships, product strategy, marketing strategy, regulations analysis
- Support in planning, executing, and pivoting growth experiments with new business models in a start-up environment.
- Ideate, drive and execute the marketing strategy to support business development goals and federate a community around our engagement
- Build a marketing campaign calendar and storytelling to increase our brand and projects awareness towards investors, startups and public organizations
- Manage and grow (B2B & B2G) social media community through Linkedin and other networks
- Support on email campaigns content generation and execution
- Improve our websites’ SEO through quality content generation
- Complete other projects and administrative tasks as needed
You may also be asked to work on sustainability projects: definition of metrics, screening, network build up
Our Ideal Profile - what will you need?
- A field knowledge of Online Marketing practices including social, EDM, SEO
- Design skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms, pitch decks, …
- Content writing skills to generate industry-relevant quality articles based on our knowledge and research
- Current enrolment or recent graduates in bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Creative, output-oriented and proposal-driven mindset
- Ideally Singaporean or PR holder
