Job description for Sales and Marketing Associate at Lozy
1. Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with marketing department on lead generation
2. Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by trackinf sales goals
3. Setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of salespeople
4. Promoting products and sales or services by strong arguments to customers
5. Building, growing, and maintaining the positive business relation with customers by handling complaint and others problem and maximize the customer satisfaction
6. Achieving the sales target
7. Analyze the potential market, track the reports and status of sales
8. Following the growth and the newest sales methods, sales practices, and promotion trend
9. Continously improve skills through feedback or FAQ
Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree from marketing, management, business, or equivalent
2. Have minimum 1 year(s) experienced in related fields (mainly sales)
3. Age max. 28 years old (preferably female but male also being considered)
4. Have great understanding of sales and business
5. Have a great analytical thinking
6. Have a great ability in ms. Excel
7. Have passion in fashion is a plus
8. Responsible and can work underpressure
9. Target oriented
10. Eager to learn and highly motivated
11. Willing to be placed in Lozy Warehouse, Tasikmalaya.
