Job description for Sales Admin at Pt Cibes Lift Indonesia
- Acting as first point contact of the company for new potential customers
- Responsible to receive call, email and whatsapp form potential customers and eksternal parties
- In coordination with marketing team, responsible for company social media such as instagram, facebook, etc
- Administrative tasks (delivery orders, collection, filling, record update)
- Create data collection and monitorinf of incoming leads from many resources
- Distribute leads to sales and monitor leads distributor
- Responsble for CRm system
- Ensure all administrative reports are correct and completed within the deadlines
- Acting as customer service representative
- Responsible for minutes of meetings for internal meeting
- Female, Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum D3/S1 all majors, fres graduates allowed
- Have 2 years experience as administration much appreciated, fresh graduates allowed
- Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
