PT. Teknokrat Mitra Data, established in 2014, is an IT systems integrator company with main expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking , services and management. As our business is expanding, we are looking for several exciting young people to join our army as:
1. Sales Admin Staff
Are you a hardworking and meticulous person with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment?
This position is responsible for handling the administrative side of day-to-day sales operation. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Job scope includes:
- Create and send quotations to customers
- Purchase order processing and sales order release
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Coordination and consolidation with distributors and principals

Requirements:
