Job description for Recruitment Advisor (Sales) - Internship at PT. Gaweku Human Technology
- Developing new business by searching new clients for using recruitment service and building a strong relationship with the existing one.
- Independently conduct an end-to-end business and recruitment process.
- Prospect new clients and maintain relation with existing clients.
- Identify and verify candidates through the system.
- Communicate and negotiate with clients before and after sales activities.
- Other jobs related this position will be assigned by Superiors.
- Minimum hold a bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Fluent in English.
- Any working experience related to the Recruitment Advisor or Business Development or Corporate Sales position in a recruiting, IT, Consulting, Start-up, or media industry is preferable.
- Interested in HR-Recruiting industry and able to work under pressure.
- High achiever and a result-oriented person.
- Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
