- Manage and operate the telephone system train user and track handsets.
- Issue and track company equipment and access to systems;
- Manage the meeting rooms in the HCMC office, including bookings system, cleaning, facilities in the room;
- Effectively deal with visitors, sign them in and issue visitor cards (10 to 15 per day);
- Organise the stationary for the office and take deliveries, track usage;
- Organise the mail and package deliver for the office and track usage;
- Be the ‘safety’ person for the office and ensure that all people know about the safety procedures for the building
- Work with building management and fit-out contractors on minor maintenance of the office;
- Organise internal employee communications (meetings, newsletters, etc)
- Organise employee events with the Trade Union.
- Vietnamese national with a university degree, basic business English level
- At least 1 year working experience at Administration / Reception position
- Good at communicating skills.
Working location: Thien Son Building, HR2B's Office - District 3
Working time: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5.30 PM)
