Job description for Quality Assurance at PT Moduit Digital Indonesia
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
2. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
3. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
4. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
6. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Technical Skills:
1. Proven work experience in software development (min 3 years)
2. Proven work experience in software quality assurance (min 3 years)
3. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
4. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
5. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
6. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
7. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Non-technical skills:
1. Great team player
2. Excellent communication skill
