Job description for QC HVAC-R at PT. Eskimo Wieraperdana
Job Descriptions:
- Ensuring documentation and quality of multiple discipline, (ie. Production as per client specification, installation as per quality procedures, etc)
- Refrigeration division:
- Condenser check (circuitry, brazing quality, leak test)
- Vacuum procedure
- Unit test (airflow, temperature, humidity, static pressure, discharge pressure, suction pressure)
- Electrical division:
- Cabling procedure (pull test, continuity test, marking check, panel alignment)
- PLC/Function test
- Unit test (amperage, voltage, resistance)
- Mechanical division:
- Vibration/alignment/balancing procedure
- Compressor overhaul pre-interim-post procedure
- Pulley tightness test
- Torque check
- Production division:
- Structural check procedure (squareness, alignment, level, materials)
- Painting procedure
- Welding procedure
- Load bearing test
- Ensuring documentation, specification and quality of the products from the supplier
- Conducting final specification check before its delivered to the client
