Job description for Purchasing Officer at Banda
- Making purchase order for supplier.
- Negotiating price.
- Manage delivery (Supply Management) to achieve inbound time targets, quality target and supply efficiency.
- Responsible for carry out survey of selected potential partners/suppliers.
- Find potential suppliers and conduct an assessment of potential partners, partner business condition, and partner customers.
- Analyzing the Supplies Business Flow (for procurement to marketing and types of customers).
- Provide input and think strategically for development of target market growth.
- Bachelors degree from any major.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related industries.
- Having network of supplier in Seafood, Meat & Poultry industry is a plus.
- Able to use MS office well.
- Have interpersonal, communication, organizational and observation skills.
- Capable to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to multitask, result oriented, attention to detail and highly initiative.
