Job description for Purchasing Import Staff at PT Wira Internasional Teknologi
- Make importing purchases of raw material and packing material.
- Source and negotiate with international vendors.
- Maintain update regulation of importing raw material with government agencies (Bea Cukai)
- Follow up and monitoring importing process and document process.
- Prepare report of import purchases
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Candidate must process at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic Transportation or equivalent
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably from distributor industry
- Required skill(s) : Communication, Teamwork and Negotiation.
- Have knowledge of BL (Billing of Landing), PIB (Pemberitahuan Import Barang) and INSW.
- Have knowledge of import documents and flow import
- Willing to work Mon-Sat in Cakung, Jakarta Timur
