1. Customer account management
•Analyst and define key customers / tracking key accounts metrics
•Provide weekly/monthly/yearly sales volume forecast, payment update
•Handle key contractors and develop potential contractors to be key contractors
•Develop more customers/ projects to increase volume
2. Pre-sales
•Build up network with construction companies, contractors and projects
•Work with architects and designers to influence the project specifications.
•Identify key needs of professional construction market
•Pre-sales activities for contractors, and non-contrators
•Developing product marketing tools
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
•University, Major: Civil / Construction / Architecture / Building Material / Silicate Technology....
• Have 2 - 5 year experience in Project Sales
• Have good relationship with Real Estate Owner, Contractors, Design & Build Service Companies
• Good hands-on knowledge of cement / construction chemicals
• Presentation, interpersonal and communication (both verbal and spoken English) skills.
• Business exposure preferred.
• English knowledge: medium.
