Job description for Project Manager at Solusi Masalah Global
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline schedule, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare project scope and specifications
- Lead team to ensure the project run as a plan and on time
- Establish a project schedule, work assignment, and project monitoring
- Ensure the project runs along with customer policy and HSE manual
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager/project controller in a manufacturing company
- Result oriented, target driven, and high achievement motivation
- Able to work independently, proactive, and have good problem solving
- Possess good interpersonal skill
- Age proportional to the experience

SMG comes with the technology to create products using a mixture of low-value and high-value plastic waste.
