Job description for Project Coordinator at Inlingua International Indonesia
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Help prepare budgets
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Creatively and accurately come up with solutions to problems
- Strong communication skill with internal teams and clients
- Proven 3-5 years of working experience as a project coordinator or similar
- Has Bachelor Degree
- Able to use project management software, such as Excel, Asana, etc.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Power Point
- Has excellent skill in English
