Job description for Project Coordinator at PT Tradecorp Indonesia
- Lead and manage all activity function in Site
- Responsible to monitoring and controlling activities in the Site, operation, and administration activities
- Good communication, data analysis, & reporting
- Manage by coordinating and problem solving the Company’s day to day field operations
- Effectively manage team staff in site area through providing positive leadership
- Identify and Manage any issue/risk of the project.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Civil engineering.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Expert in modification container, Dry container, Portacamp and Reefer container will be an advantage
- Must Excellent In English (Spoken & Written)
- Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, has enthusiasm to learn business process, leadership skill.
- Candidate must have a through understanding SAFETY REGULATION PROCESS
- Responsible for determining the application and compliance with all applicable federal & local laws regulation
- Good Interpersonal skill, Good Commitment, Honest, and able work as team.
- Experience with handle PROJECT & SITE
- Able work under pressure
- Has analytical and strategic mindset
