Job description for PROJECT ADMIN at GLOBAL MAS GROUP
We are currently looking for a Projects Admin to be part of our Logistics Team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate and assist in various project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage timeline, documentation needed, contacts with supplier, and communicate progress to all team members. The overall responsibility is not only to provide administrative support but to ensure the complete execution of the project as per the initial requirements.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with planning and follow up, from start to completion of the project
· Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
· Retrieve necessary information from the local rules and regulations
· Monitor project progress and report potential issues
· Coordinate requirement and deliverables from partners and subcontractors
· Measure and report on project performance
· Act as the point of contact for all participant
· Perform any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:
· Mandarin knowledge is a must,
· English proficiency is required,
· Fresh graduates with the right skills and mindset are welcomed
· Diploma in any related fields
· Female Preferred
· Excellent use of Microsoft Office,
· Attention to detail,
· Deadline driven,
· Strong organizational and communication skills,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
· Good time management skills,
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required,
