Job description for Product Manager at Pensieve
- Conducting industry & product research
- Be an expert in the product landscape, lead research and analysis of competitors features, metric, and trends on big data and security products
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business and strategic analysis to identify, develop and implement revenue-generating and cost-saving projects and programs impacting business and customer experience for various set of products, segments and/or sub-categories throughout the lifecycle process for retail, in-stock third-party merchants, and/or related business units/product categories.
- Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows Managing the product development lifecycle:
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, operational process and prototypes
- Fluent in processes and the language of effective development practices
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- At least 4-5 years of experience at top tier tech firm, engineering firms with strong track record in building and growing a product (working experience as Product Manager)
- Background in Computer science or engineering is an advantage
- Have made a product before as a product manager
- Deliver MRD and PRD with prioritize features and its justification
- Familiar with agile product management methodology
- Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and market analysis
- Partner with cross functional business teams, including engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, to understand product and the needs from business and consumer perspectives.
- Support the goal of responsible development of products by planning product vision
