About the role
As a Product Manager you’ll be responsible for transforming Surface into a digital company where you’ll build technology that blends our offline and online experiences to help our users create better habits that meet their skin goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion (engineering, design, marketing, operations)
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Identify and manage project dependencies (especially with engineering, design, marketing, operations) and critical paths
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Test the products to make sure they meet project requirements
- Talk to users to understand their problems
- Craft solutions that meet those customer problems that align with business goals and are technically feasible
- Roadmap and plan ahead (budget, headcount) for the next few months
- Understand the market and use competitive research to build better products
Experiences
- 1-2 years experience in a project manager or product manager or GM type of role
- Experience working in early stage startups or mature tech companies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Experience with:
- Google suite: docs, spreadsheets, slides
- Task management tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or anything similar
