Job description for Product Manager (Education) at MIFX Indonesia

Despite the pandemic, our volumes and customer base has been growing steadily and we are looking to scale up our Product team in order to support this growth. Are you up for the challenge?
What you will do :
- Research, develop and innovate on education content that will significantly assist the decision-making process of our customers
- Create Go-To-Market strategies and innovate on ways to best deliver/package our education content to clients
- Maintain product vision and ensure end products are aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Work hand-in-hand with non-research departments such as CX, Social Media and Engagement for feedback, innovation and measurement of said product
- Manage organic content guidelines, coordinate with content providers and be able to A/B test before pushing any strategy to production
- Manage education flow for each objective
What you will need :
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Statistics or any other related field
- 2+ Years’ experience as an Economist, Fixed income Research Analyst, Technical Analyst, Investment Manager or Economics/Financial Market Journalist
- Understanding of the global economy and what its correlation with the FX Market is
- Intermediate level knowledge of technical analysis is a plus
- Understanding of KPI’s, OKR’s and key metrics in measuring product success
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use creative approaches to prove solutions through data
- Familiar with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with a background in SEO is a plus
- Excellent organizing and presenting skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
