Job description for Performance Marketing Manager at JALA
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Manage Email marketing for JALA newsletter, product update and business promotion
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage website and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Proven working in digital marketing minimum 3 years experience
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (example: google analytics, WebTrends, Omniture)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
