We're looking for an independent and ambitious Performance Marketing Manager!
Who are we? Omnidesk is a rapidly growing solutions provider for all things ergonomics, including smart desks and a bevy of accessories to help make productivity more comfortable.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Marketing Team Lead and the Co-Founder in a Performance Marketing role. You will be primarily responsible for the management of the company’s performance of paid socials and digital presence.
You will be someone who is driven to become one of the elite digital marketers in Singapore. A master of building a full cross-platform funnel, as well as understanding how to continue to analyse and optimise every single part of the said funnel. You will be a future or a current performance marketing genius.
You will have a history of success and for achieving outstanding results in your career so far. Targeting and getting a ROAS of 15+ is something that is exciting and achievable rather than scary. You enjoy the challenge of being accountable for getting great results.
You will have a curious mind who stays informed of the leading-edge strategies, platforms and tools. It is something you do in your spare time because you are passionate and interested in the topic rather than it just being a part of the job.
You will be meticulously detailed, love data, and ideally love what we offer to the market.
· Execute and optimise campaigns across the full range of platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Klaviyo (Email marketing), Shopee, Lazada and wherever there is a sufficient ROI available
· Own and manage product launches, sale events and various campaigns or collaborations with various brands and influencers
· Provide data-driven insight and recommendations for improved metrics – ROAS, conversions, CTR etc
· Collaborate with the creative team to test and execute new and innovative campaigns
· Continue to scale each business to new levels with improved profitability
· Extreme attention to detail
· Data-driven with the ability to capture learnings and apply them for weeks/months/years to come
· Hands-on experience with placing Social, Search, Display and Programmatic ads
· Hands-on experience with strategising and executing a full & high performing marketing funnel
· Proficient with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Triple Whale
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent planning and organisational skills
· Takes initiative to find the next opportunity or solve the next problem
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
· 3 years’ experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role.
