Job description for Performance Marketing Executive (Junior) at Spiderbox Design
- Plan, create, and manage performance campaigns across a variety of channels under guidance of line manager. Including but not limited to: Paid Social Advertising, Search (SEM/SEO), eDM and website analytics at advanced level with fast speed. Predominantly Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Campaign performance reporting
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROAs
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards) if required
- Campaign management
- Research and data analysis for new strategy
- Ideally 9 month to 1 years of working experience
- Good english communication skills written and verbal
- Substantial experience in performance marketing (PPC) and the ability to demonstrate this with key milestones achieved
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business Manager, Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Klaviyo is plus
- Functional experience with all channels of Social Media
- Excellent eye for detail
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working alone and with a team
- Must have a proactive attitude, a growth mindset and be open to change
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
- Highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
