Job description for People Operations Generalist at Glints
- Execute end to end people operations management and key initiatives of continuous improvement in retaining and motivating our people
- Execute end-to-end onboarding to offboarding processes for all new hires and employees
- Be the subject matter expert for all internal guidelines and policies relating to people operations matters for Batam office
- Work closely with leaders and managers to handle people management issues, in compliance with local employment laws
- Focus on ensuring market utilization of newly launched HRIS and data management
- Work experience in HR roles
- Min. of 1 years people operations management (generalist)
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
