Job description for People Operations Associate at Nimbly Technologies
A mobile solution that automates workflows, improving efficiency and generating cost savings by providing data-driven insights from field operations remotely and in real-time. Built by passionate founders and VC-backed, Nimbly enables best-in-class companies like KFC, 7-Eleven, Under Armour, and Cargill to be more agile, deploying digital routines for its front liners to deliver consistency of product quality and customer experience.
Having recently secured Pre-Series A funding Nimbly is currently in a growth mode and is looking for an agile and solution-oriented People Operations Associate to join our growing People and Culture team and help us raise the bar on quality and attract the right talent and culture fit.
What you will do here
- Coordinate with the People & Culture team across the region
- Source and shortlist applicants through various job portals
- Manage and assist the People & Culture team in full-cycle operations
- Document and onboard new employees (aka new Nimblers)
- Brainstorm ideas for unique and engaging culture sessions
- Other ad-hoc duties
What you will bring
- Between 3-5 years of People, HR, or Talent experience, preferably in a Tech / SaaS start-up
- Bilingual: English (Proficient) and Bahasa ID (Fluent)
- High-energy and personable
- Problem solver
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
