Job description for People Operations and GA at Drive-in Senja
Responsibilities:
- Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Designing and implementing organizational structures.
- Onboarding employees and ensuring they have access to resources.
- Tracking and analyzing HR metrics
- Developing employee talent with training and development programs.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
- Managing all employee administration processes (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Absences)
- Managing payroll report for internal team and volunteers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist for minimum 2 years
- Possess a good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Commendable knowledge of BPJS (Edabu & SIPP), employment or labor laws (Industrial Relations), recruitment, and training
