Job Desription:
- Mempersiapkan dokumen administratif yang diperlukan untuk pendirian sarana penyalur alkes
- Membantu proses administrasi gudang, penyiapan dokumen barang, filling arsip keluar/masuk, inventarisasi kebutuhan gudang
- Sebagai Penanggung Jawab produk alat kesehatan
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai UU dan peraturan tentang Distribusi AlKes dan penerapannya
- Memahami dengan jelas mengenai CDAKB dan penerapannya
- Memastikan proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi alat kesehatan sesuai dengan prosedur
- Melakukan pelaporan dokumen ke BPOM tepat waktu
Job Requirements:
- Usia max. 30 Tahun
- Pendidikan S1 Profesi Apoteker
- Freshgraduate atau pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai APJ Alat Kesehatan di perusahaan distributor
- Diutamakan memiliki STRA aktif, SIKA & Sertifikasi CDAKB
- Menguasai Ms.Office
- Berdedikasi tinggi & Bertanggung jawab
- Jujur, Disiplin, Teliti, Kreatif dan Pekerja Keras
- Berpenampilan rapih, menarik dan sopan
- Bersedia bekerja Fulltime
