Job description for Payroll Specialist at PT Easybook Indonesia
- Manage all the processes related to the fulfillment or payment of compensation and benefits for employees and ensure that such compliance or payment is in accordance with the regulations or the existing policy
- Calculate the monthly payroll of all employees and ensure that the calculations are correct and ensuring the salary and statutory payments (BPJS Health and Manpower) are paid on time
- Filling & Report Employee Income Tax (PPh 21) to the system on time
- Collect and check employee’s reimbursement claims
- Perform data collection and storage of employees' personal data into the system and ensure that the personal data employee is updated.
- To assist in administration for recruitment and selection process.
- Prepared and issued HR monthly reports
- Support other HR agenda
