Job description for Passenger Services Admin Support Intern at SATS Ltd
Admin Support (Work Location: Changi Airport Terminal 3)
• Administrative Tracking
o Rostering of staff to see AOs/Managers
o Following up with staff for submission of necessary documents
o Preparation of letters and counselling notes
o Consolidation of reports for submission to HC and admin
o Uploading of documents into SPS system
• Renewal of contract, Resignation and Clearance for all staff
o Rostering of staff for AOs/Managers
o Briefing on clearance items
o Collection of items from resigning staff (Staff ID, uniform, airport pass, locker keys etc), and follow up with admin
o Following up on required documentation for submission to HC and admin
• Other admin matters
o Flexi Management – data-entry etc
o Locker issuance and management
o Liaising with CPTM for Nametag, staff accessories, logo badge etc
o Application of buggy vehicle permit and renewal
o Airport pass renewal
o Collection and distribution of incoming letters
o Data-entry and filling work
• Any other ad-hoc duties by RO
