Job description for PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT at Ach Organisation
Working days: Tues & Thurs / Wed & Fri (ONLY 2 days per week - Start from January 2023)
Location: Alexandar Road (8 mins walk from Labrador Park MRT Station)
Job Description
• Handles all administrative task given
• Designing of content
• Prepare infographics
• Providing support for office management when necessary
• Maintain organized and neat e-filing system
• Undertaking ad hoc duties given by Manager
Job Requirement
• Minimum local Diploma above
• Good with numbers, excel sheets, Apple apps and pages
• Knows how to use Canva
• Good with administrative follow ups
• Ability to follow through daily tasks
• Self driven, determined and independent
• Must be reliable
· Must be 21 and above, guys must have completed NS
· Singaporeans and PR only
