Job description for Owner Relation Supervisor at Travelio
- Responding promptly to Owner/Client inquiries.
- Communicating with owner/client through various channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward client at all times.
- Acknowledging and resolving owner/client complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Achieving and exceeding appointed KPIs - Ensure owner/client satisfaction levels are always on/above target.
- A minimum of D3 (Diploma)/S1 (Bachelor) degree
- Min. 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in the property industry
- Min. 2 years experience as a Leader or equivalent.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Willing to work under pressure.
