Job description for Operations/HR Part-time at Global Study Partners

1. Position Overview
The Administration Intern is responsible to support Operations Executive with all the office admin works to ensure all the regulations are all complied and operating activities are run smoothly.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR recruitment tasks such as posting job advertisements, collecting CVs and attracting candidates and arrange interview.
- Support the team with welcoming guests, meeting room booking and stationery supply and printing.
- Support daily office work, internal and external events.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
3. Job Requirements
- Good English (reading and writing), and research skill
- Communication and team work skill
- Logical thinking, active learning
- Having experience in HR/ Recruitment is a plus
