Kualifikasi:
• Have an experience as Operational Manager specialized in
Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in F&B Service Management/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• 5++ years of management experience leading many team including
training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in a multi-unit environment & knowledge of restaurant
industry operations
• Strong organizational, have a strong leadership, interpersonal and
problem-solving skills
• Responsible for sales target strategy and labour cost
