Requirements:
- Minimum a high school diploma (SMA) graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experiences as a team leader or supervisor in related field
- Understands an end-to-end business process in Logistics industry and has proven experiences
- Familiar with recruitment, training, and compensation benefit schemes for drivers (must have)
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to execute the assigned tasks hands on
- A problem solver with high drive & courage also great analytical thinking skill
Job Description:
- Assures the in-field operation functions smoothly
- Establishes communication with related divisions in the event of abnormal circumstances
- Manages a great amount of vehicle units
- Understands operational process flow
