Job description for Office Admin at Ambros Technology
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures and policies, providing guidance for business operations
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to make sure that all transactions are matching with bank statement
- Prepare cash reconciliation and cash clearing report to make sure that the balance in cash book is matching with physical acount
- In charge on payment requests of company cellphone, telephone, internet; cooperate with vendors on fixing problems pertaining to company own (or rent) assets/accessories
- Manage and support on physical stock check and physical count of fixed assets and other assets
- Supply stationeries & other supply/consumable items when required
- Support C&B specialist on tracking annual leaves and documentation
- Work cross functionally in teams and external vendors to make sure operation is running smoothly
- Plan and organize team building activities
- Other tasks assigned by C-level
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/ business administration or a related field
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness
- Proficient with MS Office/ G-suite or related platform
- Good English skill in written and spoken
