-Liên hệ gọi điện cho khách hàng từ nguồn Data từ team marketing và nguồn tự tìm kiếm
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng
+ Tìm kiếm, tăng lượng khách hàng qua các mối quan hệ, mạng xã hội, các công cụ online…
+ Khai thác thị trường từ bất kỳ nguồn nào bạn có thể tìm được.
+ Dựa vào nhu cầu của khách hàng, gặp gỡ, lựa chọn hướng tư vấn phù hợp với từng khách hàng.
+ Ký kết hợp đồng và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng hiện có & đảm nhiệm.
- Theo dõi và báo cáo tiến độ công việc.
